years in the Central PA and Maryland territories. We are experts in engineering and design to work safely on the exterior of high-rise buildings.

Our clients consist of building owners/managers of major hospital complexes, college campuses, retirement homes, and class AAA high-rise office buildings. Many of these clients have been with us for over 30 years.

Our Process

Vancena Property Services will provide a free inspection and report of your exterior building needs such as window cleaning, caulking, pressure cleaning, waterproofing, and more. We are experts at high-rise rigging and are the leaders in safety standards in our industry. At Vancena Property Services we access tough-to-reach areas by using certified rope access technicians, certified boom lift operators, or our 75-foot pure water-fed pole system.
